Our Orthopaedic Urgent Care is open, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 3352 N. Futrall Drive in Fayetteville and Mondays, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at 1800 SE Moberly Lane in Bentonville. You may reach us at (479) 521-0091 during those hours.
